This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you install, access, or use the Tangle Loom browser extension.

Tangle Loom provides a popup toolbar interface for building and interacting with node graphs. Users can add nodes by tapping or clicking, connect nodes by dragging between them, observe animated glowing pulses flowing through connections, and reset the graph to begin a new design.

This Privacy Policy applies to functionality provided directly by Tangle Loom. It does not govern independent websites, browser vendors, operating systems, or unrelated online services.

The primary purpose of Tangle Loom is to provide an interactive visual node graph environment inside the browser extension popup.

Functionality reasonably associated with this purpose includes:

• Creating nodes;
• Positioning nodes within the graph;
• Connecting nodes by dragging;
• Displaying connection lines;
• Animating glowing pulses through those connections;
• Updating the visual graph after user interaction;
• Clearing nodes and connections; and
• Resetting the interface for a new graph.

Tangle Loom does not require personally identifiable information in order to provide its normal graph functionality.

Users are not required to provide information such as:

• Email address;
• Telephone number;
• Postal address;
• Government identification information;
• Payment card information;
• Bank account information;
• Passwords; or
• Authentication credentials.

Tangle Loom processes functional graph information so that the extension can display the scene created by the user.

This information is application state used for operating the node graph and is not inherently personal information.

When a user taps or clicks to add a node, Tangle Loom processes information necessary to create that visual node at the selected location.

Node creation may involve storing temporary values such as the node's identifier, visual position, connection status, or current animation state.

These values exist for the purpose of rendering and maintaining the interactive graph.

Tangle Loom allows users to drag between nodes to create links.

The extension may temporarily maintain information identifying the starting node, ending node, visual path, and relationship between connected nodes.

Connection information is used only to draw and operate the graph created by the user.

Tangle Loom displays animated pulses that travel through graph connections.

Animation processing may include information such as:

• Current pulse position;
• Animation progress;
• Connection direction;
• Timing values;
• Visual intensity;
• Active connection paths; and
• Other rendering values.

These values are generated and processed to display the extension's visual effect.

The reset control allows users to clear all current nodes and connections from the graph.

When reset is activated, Tangle Loom may remove the current graph state and return the interface to its initial condition.

Reset operations are functional actions and are not used to collect information about the user.

Tangle Loom is designed so that its primary graph interactions and animations can be handled within the browser extension environment.

Local processing may include:

• Creating graphical nodes;
• Calculating node positions;
• Detecting drag actions;
• Creating connections;
• Rendering connection lines;
• Animating pulses;
• Updating the graph state; and
• Clearing the graph.

While Tangle Loom is open, the extension may temporarily maintain information required to preserve the currently displayed graph.

This may include active nodes, node positions, link relationships, pulse animation progress, and other interface state.

Temporary graph state exists to allow the extension to respond correctly to user actions.

If a version of Tangle Loom uses browser-provided local storage, such storage may be used for functional preferences or graph-related configuration.

Locally stored values, if any, are intended to support the extension's functionality and convenience.

They are not intended to create advertising profiles, identify users across unrelated websites, or operate as a data brokerage mechanism.

Tangle Loom does not require a user's general browsing history in order to create nodes, draw connections, or animate pulses.

The extension's node graph functionality does not depend on maintaining a historical list of websites visited by the user.

Tangle Loom's standard toolbar popup functionality does not require the general content of unrelated webpages in order to create and display its node graph.

The extension is not designed to build archives or datasets from unrelated webpage text, images, videos, documents, or other site content.

Tangle Loom does not need users' search engine history in order to provide its visual graph functionality.

Search queries performed on unrelated websites are not required to determine node positions, graph links, or pulse behavior.

Tangle Loom is not designed to collect data entered into forms on unrelated websites.

This includes:

• Login forms;
• Registration forms;
• Contact forms;
• Payment forms;
• Checkout forms;
• Search boxes; and
• Other unrelated webpage inputs.

The extension is also not intended to monitor keystrokes entered outside its own interface.

Tangle Loom does not require sensitive personal information in order to provide its standard functionality.

The extension does not require information such as:

• Medical or health information;
• Biometric identifiers;
• Government identification numbers;
• Banking credentials;
• Credit card information;
• Authentication secrets;
• Political or religious information; or
• Other sensitive personal data.

Tangle Loom does not require passwords, login tokens, authentication codes, private keys, or similar credentials to create or interact with node graphs.

Credentials associated with unrelated websites are not necessary for the extension's disclosed purpose.

Tangle Loom does not require financial information such as payment card numbers or bank account credentials for its core functionality.

The extension also does not require precise geographic location information in order to create visual node graphs.

Private emails, direct messages, chat conversations, and other personal communications are unrelated to the extension's standard node graph functionality.

Tangle Loom does not require those communications in order to create nodes, links, or visual pulse animations.

Tangle Loom does not require camera or microphone input for its normal graph functionality.

Nodes and visual animations are generated within the extension interface rather than from recorded video, voice, or ambient audio.

Tangle Loom does not intend to use graph structures, node positions, connection patterns, or animation interactions for targeted advertising.

The extension is not designed to monitor users across unrelated websites for behavioral advertising or remarketing.

Tangle Loom does not sell personal information to advertisers, marketing organizations, data brokers, or other third parties.

The extension's purpose is to provide an interactive visual tool, not to monetize personal information.

Tangle Loom does not intend to analyze graph behavior in order to create behavioral or demographic profiles of individual users.

Node arrangements and graph designs are not intended to be used to infer sensitive personal characteristics.

Tangle Loom is not designed to track individual users across unrelated websites.

Cross-site monitoring is unnecessary for the extension's toolbar-based node graph functionality.

Tangle Loom does not require advertising cookies to provide its core node graph functionality.

Independent websites visited by users may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Those practices are controlled by the respective websites and are outside this Privacy Policy.

Tangle Loom does not require personally identifiable analytics information to operate its basic graph interface.

If a future version introduces diagnostics or aggregate usage measurement, this Privacy Policy may be updated as appropriate to describe the relevant practices.

Tangle Loom is not designed to maintain a permanent remote archive of every graph created by every user as part of its standard functionality.

Temporary graph information may exist while the extension is open so that nodes, links, and animations can be displayed correctly.

Any locally stored preferences, if used, may remain until they are changed, cleared, or removed through browser controls.

Tangle Loom is designed around data minimization and limited functionality.

Reducing unnecessary collection and transmission of information helps reduce privacy and security exposure.

However, no browser extension, browser, operating system, device, or electronic environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Information processed by Tangle Loom is intended to be used only to provide, maintain, improve, or secure the extension's disclosed graph functionality.

Graph information is not intended to be repurposed for unrelated credit scoring, employment screening, insurance decisions, advertising profiling, or commercial surveillance.

Tangle Loom may be installed while users browse third-party websites, but those websites remain independent from the extension.

This Privacy Policy does not govern the privacy practices, analytics systems, cookies, or data handling of unrelated websites.

Tangle Loom operates inside a browser environment provided by a browser vendor.

Tangle Loom is a general-purpose creative visual tool and is not specifically designed for the purpose of collecting personal information from children.

Tangle Loom may be available to users in multiple countries and regions.

The extension is designed to minimize unnecessary handling of personal information regardless of where a user is located.

Users remain responsible for using the extension in accordance with laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Users control when Tangle Loom is opened and how the graph is constructed.

Users may add nodes, create links, watch pulse animations, clear the graph, close the popup, or stop using the extension at any time.

If Tangle Loom uses browser storage for functional settings, users may be able to remove those settings through their browser's extension management or data controls.

Clearing extension data may restore locally saved preferences to their default state.

Users can disable or uninstall Tangle Loom through their browser's extension management interface.

Once removed, the extension will no longer operate within that browser.

Node layouts, connections, graph reset actions, and pulse animations are not intended to be used to create unrelated marketing databases or commercial behavioral profiles.

Tangle Loom processes graph interactions only as necessary to deliver its visual functionality.

Tangle Loom may evolve over time to improve graph interaction, animation quality, node controls, visual presentation, accessibility, browser compatibility, or performance.

Future features may remain related to the extension's core node graph purpose.

If a future release materially changes how user information is accessed, processed, stored, or shared, this Privacy Policy may be revised accordingly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to the extension, technical implementation, browser marketplace requirements, applicable laws, or privacy practices.

When the policy changes, the "Last updated" date displayed on this page will be revised.
